These field inputs can be collected on a webpage/form and then automatically passed to the ePDF form such that user need not type these fields again. Example: - In case of a Membership regisration form, you can provide membership instruction within your webpage, then request user to select one membership category like BASIC, PRO, ENTERPRISE. ePDF forms are classified into two types - Public and Private - based on how the forms are accessed by end-users. Public Forms: Once a template-definition is marked "public", end-users can access the form directly without any need of access account or password. Once you "save changes" on the Manage-Template page and the ePDF form is marked "public", you should identify the auto-generated public URL which can now be used to access the ePDF form. End-User (Public) Workflow: - Fill-in standard epdf - Fill-in epdf form, which needs an approval from one/more approvers. - Fill-in ePDF form, then proceed to make a payment based on selection. Private Forms: Template definitions marked as "private" do not get any public URL instead they are listed on the ePDF portal home page. End users must sign-in using the Cloud-SSO user-account I'd and password before accessing and private ePDF form. End-User (Private) ePDF Workflow: - Sign-in to cloud account, then fill-in and submit a private ePDF form - Sign-in to cloud account, then fill-in and submit a provate ePDF form that requires approval. - Fill-in a protected ePDF using an express-account id and password received via email.
